The BC Government is offering ebike rebates for BC residents starting June 1 2023. The rebates are based off of your NET income (line 23600 on your NOA) You must download a copy of your 2021 or 2022 CRA Notice of Assessment (pdf) and submit it with your application. The cost of the bike needs to be $2000+ before tax. The list of retailers will be posted on the website on June 1st. All recipients of a rebate must agree to keep the e-bike in their possession for a minimum of 2 years.
Net income (line 23600 on your notice of assessment):
Less than $38,950 rebate is $1400
$38,951 - $51,130 rebate is $1000
More than $51,131 rebate is $350
